REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact us at projectvrg54@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund :) We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
